  • A symbolic deposit of €100 is requested at the start of the file to validate mutual commitment.
  • The balance is paid only at the time of signing at the notary.

I am paid mainly at the signing at the notary, which means our interests are perfectly aligned.

My role is also to tell you when not to buy, if the property presents a risk or if the price is not justified, even if it means not going through with the signing.

Yes. I visit the property you have already identified to give you a personal and objective opinion.

I also perform a valuation to verify if the asking price really corresponds to the market and if you are buying at the right price.

I represent exclusively the buyer.

My Story

Why I Created This Service

Entrusting me with your real estate project in Spain requires trust. It is therefore natural to know who is accompanying you.

I have been living in Spain for over 12 years. I created and managed a business (pizzeria) for nine years, which allowed me to gain very concrete knowledge of the administrative, economic, and human realities of the country.

During the Covid period, I noticed that many French people were settling in Cantabria, often without clear guidance. I then chose to retrain in real estate and join IAD Spain, a recognized network in France, to work in a serious and structured framework.

For three years, I have supported numerous real estate projects. And one observation keeps coming back: French buyers are often lost when faced with procedures, documents, and important decisions to make.

It is to meet this need that I created, in parallel, an independent support service, exclusively dedicated to French-speaking buyers.
